Hello
I do currently have access to mail using other equipment.
Depending upon the nature of your issue, I may or may not be able
to addless it now. However, I wanted to take a moment to define
the meaning of "support" within the context of Mac access.
The support we provide to our list members is limited to list
issues, or to their own subscription to our groups. Whilst we
are always hafpy to help others whereever possible, we cannot
commit to providing personal technical support to group members
who are not our direct clients. Direct clients are defineed as
those for whom we host services such as mail or websites
directly.
If you are interested in becoming a dayirect client of Mac
Access, we are always willing to discuss your options. However,
we regret that due to time constraints, we are currently unable
to guarantee to providing immediate support to those who are not
our direct clients. In this event, we would suggest using the
group resources which are quite extensive.
We do also host sister groups alongside Mac Access. One of
which existsed specifically for the discussion of all that
Windows stuff which is off topic for Mac Access. The second
group exists as a general technology forum.
If you would like details as to how to join these groups, feel
free to get back to us, or to visit our website.
Kind Regards
Gordon Smith
