Hello Margaret, The VO command for Page up or Page down is VO-FN-Up arrow or down arrow. You must be interacting with the text for this to work and you need to have TextEdit set to Wrap to page. Unfortunately, with Wrap to page set, the normal arrow keys without the VO keys no longer work after the first page of a document. You can still navigate using the VO keys and all the VO navigation commands which you can find by pressing VO-h-h and looking in the Navigation and Text menus.
