Thanks David. I have the new Victor reader stream, so I will test this out. Yes, sometimes simplest can be best.

In all honesty I have found nothing beats the method I currently use for recording calls. I was actually doing this this morning with my sister for a family project. All I do is make my call on an iPhone. I then move the phone away from my ear and place the phone down so that it is on speakerphone. I then lay my Pocket Plextalk recorder next to my iPhone and record the conversation I am having over the speakerphone. The result is a high quality clear recording. During my PhD I spent a lot of money trying masses of software and hardware based techniques before I hit upon this simple solution. I bought gizmos to tap into the phone line, I bought special ear based microphones, I even employed a telephone engineer to set up a bespoke system. All of these solutions were beset with problems of interference, poor sound quality, buzzing etc. As I say nothing in the end beat the clarity and comprehension of a recording from a high quality Dictaphone placed next to a high quality speaker phone. There is no buzz, interference, drop outs etc. Sometimes simplest is best. I am going to use a conference call. I was wondering if anybody knows of an accessible app that will allow me to dial in to the conference call and record the focus groups that I run? Thanks for any help.
