Hello Aleeha. When 2apps are on top of each other or 1 is on top of a folder it should say so. Hold your finger there for about 2 to 3 seconds then very very slightly slide your finger left. It should say opening. At this point let go and it should go into the folder. you may have to do it more than once until you get the hang of it. I hope this helps.
