Ordered one of these and I should have it tomorrow, I was going to buy the Bowers & Wilkins Z2 dock but to be honest, I'm not a great fan of docks, how long will it be before the dock standard changes again <smile>, at least with AirPlay things will still work.
Someone asked about the Bowers & Wilkins Controller App and its Accessibility? Well the App is accessible to a point but you really need sight to use the App, for example you have to press the buttons on the IOS screen corresponding to the colour of the light showing on the front of the A5, you can label the buttons in the App easily enough but what's the point if you can't see the lights. Thankfully there's an alternate way to set up the A5, plug it into your network, access the built-in HTML Interface and set up the A5 to join your Wi-Fi network from there, this seems to be pretty standard procedure these days for most Wi-Fi compatible players and products. ********** Dane Trethowan Skype: grtdane12 Phone US (213) 438-9741 Phone U.K. 01245 79 0598 Phone Australia (03) 9005 8589 Mobile: +61400494862 faceTime +61400494862 Fax +61397437954 Twitter: @grtdane <--- Mac Access At Mac Access Dot Net ---> To reply to this post, please address your message to [email protected] You can find an archive of all messages posted to the Mac-Access forum at either the list's own dedicated web archive: <http://mail.tft-bbs.co.uk/pipermail/mac-access/index.html> or at the public Mail Archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/>.
