Dane, The problem with these files generally is that they aren’t intended to be read by most programs. It’s much easier to read them on a Braille notetaker or Braille display with some file storage abilities, like the Braille Edge from Hims. That being said, the Bard Mobile app is able to handle these files, but as you aren't in the US that might not be available to you. There may be other options I’m unaware of, but really tehse files are intended more for Braille displays than computers or iOS devices. Best, Zack.
