Hello Marybeth,

The TextDetective app should work with the iPod Touch, but the camera
resolution on the iPod Touch models is not as good as for the iPhone, so OCR
results will be better on the iPhone. If someone has a Retina iPad Mini I'd be
curious to know how well it works with that device. The app will also work on
an iPad, but you would have to make sure that you are working in "full screen
mode" by double tapping the button in the bottom right corner. (You can
navigate there with a four finger tap on the bottom half of the screen with
your device held in landscape mode. The button will either say "Switch to full
screen mode" or "Switch to normal mode.") And you should check lighting
conditions with the light detector app.

HTH. Cheers,

Esther

As the Mac Access Dot Net administrators, we do our very best to ensure that
the Mac-Access E-Mal list remains malware, spyware, Trojan, virus and
worm-free. However, this should in no way replace your own security strategy.
We assume neither liability nor responsibility should something unpredictable
happen.
