Hello Brenda. With Voice dream from what I know you don’t sink books that are in the library. You can open books in there using the services that it allows you like drop box or Book share i think. There are others. There may be other settings it keeps the same. You can purchase voices which then can be downloaded on other devices with no extra charges due to the fact that they were purchased with your apple ID.
