Ok Here's an odd one for you guys.

I have some footnotes in a document, but they are disappearing. I make sure
that no text is overwritten when creating my foot notes how ever some are
turning in to just areas with a space in them. I can't keep going back and
loosing these as I could get in trouble with the university for plagiarism
which is not my intent. I'm using the latest pages. and I really don't want to
reset pages or reinstall as I've worked on this paper for 2 months now and
don't want to loose any work.

Help?
 Thanks.
