Since this morning, I am not receiving all my mail on the MacBook Air. I am getting gmail on it, and all mail from both accounts on the phone. I can also receive mail on the Windows laptop. I haven’t changed any settings that I know of. I went into system preferences and I found that one of the internet accounts could not receive mail. I was asked to enter the password for that account which I did. The password was not recognized. What do I try next? I also restarted the Mac but that didn’t solve the problem. I can send mail from the account, I just can’t receive mail.
