First you can use command three to get in to contacts. To get to the dial pad 
use command 2. To get to the current call window use command1. The current call 
window also has the  mute and hang up buttons in the same window. To get to the 
message window first  vo left arrow or control option left arrow to get to the 
side bar table then interact with the side bar with vo shift down arrow or 
control option shift down arrow. Next vo right arrow until you get past the 
current calls window then right next to it there will be the  message window 
with the list of people in the call with you then stop interacting with the 
table with vo shift up arrow or control option shift up arrow. Then vo right 
arrow or control option right arrow to the  edit field to type the message. To 
accept a contact request from a contact first vo left arrow or control option 
left arrow to the side bar table and interact with it. Next vo right arrow 
until you see recent then right past that voiceover will say the contact that 
wants to add you and mist event at that that point stop interacting with the 
table with vo shift uparrow that is control option shift up arrow. Next vo 
right arrow or control option right arrow to the accept button then vo space or 
control option space to select the accept button to accept the contact. To 
adjust you’re Skype preferences just press command ,.  To search contacts and 
messages you can use  command option f. To show you’re profile use command  i.
