Hi all, I do not post here much but when I do, I have usually gotten stuck on something that should be simple, but that for some reason I have not yet learned.
Basically, here’s my situation: MBA running Mavricks. Installed Mono (no clue what version) as well as X11 for a game I’m wanting to play called Second Life. I was stupid and didn’t read the instructions properly because further down it said install a particular version because there is a bug in Mono that will not allow x11 applications to run. So i installed the wrong one. Successfully, yes. But still, the wrong one. So my question is, how exactly do I uninstall it since it didn’t appear to be exactly an application and therefore would not be uninstalled the same simple way? I wish to reinstall the proper version to see if this client will work, because as of right now, when I launch it, x11 comes up but not the client. Or maybe the client is supposed to be used via the x11 and I’m just clueless? Any thoughts or comments would be grately appreciated!!
