hello, I was downloading a book on the Bard app and I got a message saying now extracting. all at once the app closed and I was back to the screen with the apps. I noticed the app is dim. it is like it is there but not to visible. I went into the App Store and went to purchases and tried to download the app again. there was something saying I could open the app and it worked. but when I go back to the app screen it doesn't work. went I try to open it from the app screen something else opens. if I run my finger over where the app used to be on the screen the speach doesn't read anything there.
