HI William, Pages is working well for me in OS 10.9. However, as Sarah said there is a known bug with not being able to use the keyboard to select text which spans over a page. Its very frustrating and annoying. The work around is to copy and paste that portion of the text which is on the first page, and then copy and paste the portion of the text which is on the following page separately. It's tricky and annoying, but do-able. Hopefully Apple will fix it in the next update. They have been improving VoiceOver performance in most updates.
