Sarah, after reading your response I took another look at the Web tab.
What I did not realize that the button labeled "Play" is really the
button more accurately described as Go or Load. So once I clicked on
the Play button, the web page loaded, and I could read the content.
Sorry for the confusion, but at least others will know what to expect now.
