I DIDN'T HAVE THE LATEST VERSION AND I DID THE FOLLOWING, PER INSTRUCTIONS ON
THE WEB SITE AS I WENT ALONG. I DOWNLOADED THE LATEST VERSION AND THEN OPENED
THE IMAGE AND RAN THE INSTALLER. IT COULD NOT COMPLETE. I DOWNLOADED THE MAC
UNINSTALLER AND RAN IT. I THEN DELETED BOTH THE CACHE FOR IT AND THE FOLDER OUT
OF PREFERENCES. I THEN RESTARTED MY COMPUTER. I THEN RAN THE INSTALLER AGAIN.
THIS TIME IT FINISHED AND THE ADOBE SITE THANKED ME FOR USING IT. WHEN,
HOWEVER, I CLICK ON A VIDEO I WISH TO IEW, I GET THE SAME MESSAGE I GOT BEFORE
TELLING ME TO GET FLASH PLAYER BECAUSE IT IS NEEDED TO VIEW VIDEO CONTENT.

I TRULY DON'T KNOW WHAT I'M MISSING.

THANKS FOR ANY ADVICE.

KRISTEEN
