Actually being unable to move around with arrows and tagging in a song to search for it in the table has always been an issue for the last 4 years.
what you can do is simply vo cmd enter twice on the first item you want to select, then vo enter once on each item thereafter. Then you can take action. Remember that the tags only changes the xml file it does not modify the files, unless you ask it to via your contextual menu. Take care.
