Hi all -

I've just installed the trial version of read hear for reading DAISY on the
Mac. Two things come to light, firstly on the toolbar there is the option to
adjust the reading rate, via a slider; it was set to 41% by default, I wanted
to speed it up, but couldn't increase it, but have managed to decrease it to 0,
so now it is at snails pace! and won't speed up again, in fact, if I interact
with the slider, VO says empty slider 0, and there is no way I can adjust it. I
have closed and reopened the app, but with no change. Incidentally, I find this
is also an issue when using Quick Time player, everything works ok apart from
the timeline slider, does VO struggle with sliders, or are there Mac or VO
issues I'm not aware of when it comes to sliders?

The other thing about Readhear, is I still don't know how much it costs,
nothing on the website, and nothing to tell me how much I'd have to pay when my
30 day trial is up. Pretty poor me thinks -
