Hello, I would like to sync some of the iTunes content on my iMac with a friend's iPad. If I connect my friend's iPad to a USB port on my iMac will my iTunes regard it as a new iPad and thus reset it to the factory settings? If that is the default action can I stop that happening and instead just add selected items from my iTunes library to my friend's iPad without destroying any of the prior content on that iPad?
