> Margaret, I'd love to help you with this, but there are a couple things you should be aware of first. iCloud only syncs certain data for specific programs. If you don’t use these on both the Mac and iOS you won’t see a lot of benefit to turning on the documents and data feature. In particular, iCloud syncs iWork (Pages, Keynote, Numbers) documents between mac and iOS, but not TextEdit. That being said, to turn this on, go to System Preferences and Internet Accounts. There’s an iCloud account listed there, and you can change what is synced with it by going to the Services group next to the accounts table and checking the items you want. This includes Documents and data.
