Can you do a 2 stage process. Locate accept button. Then route mouse to accept. Voiceover off. Click Track pad Turn on Voiceover Locate play Route mouse to the play button. Turn voiceover off again. Click Trackpad.
Personally I would do all this in a Fusion window for an easy life.
