Hi, The tutorials on Applevis I am pretty sure is for version 10 which is accessible.
My opinion is if you go to protoolswithspeech.com is much better. For the 3 bundle you pay around $43.00 which covers recording, editing, and mixing. He is using version 10 however I am using 11.13 and still holds true for the latest version.
