We may get in trouble for talking about this on this list but no the Mac has to restart into the Boot camp partition and then you have to have your Windows OS disc / drive ready for the installation of Windows as normal. Unlike the Mac OS this process is not generally accessible unless you enter the realms of unattended installs or remember keystrokes so it is probably best to get sighted help.
You probably need to go onto the windows access or tech list to pursue this more.
