hey all, this morning i made myself a bootible installer drive for the mac. now that this is done i want to know how to entirely wipe my internal Mac hard drive. i want everything gone including all partitions, basically a factory reset. i have an external drive that i can boot in to with a Mavericks installer ready to go. i have tried going in to recovery and using disk utility to try and erase everything but to no avail. i have 1TB of space lost because of this stupid damn partition and i want it back. am i able to wipe all partitions and start again using my external installation media? thanks for any help
