Yes focus blu 40, I did this through Braille in VO utilities. The Mac saw
it straight away. I also did same with iPhone and again through Braille and
not blue tooth.

Subject: pairing a braille display via bluetooth with mavrics
HI all.
Believe it or not I’ve never had to do this before, and so far don’t seem to
be able to.
I’ve tried pairing the display using the bluetooth procedure and indeed
indicates that it has correctly paired.
However then when I go into the voice over utility it tells me it can’t see
a display.
I’ve also tried the method you use with IOS i.e the iPhone and not pared it
but instead simply turned on the device and gone into braille displays
within the voice over utility and again the mac can’t see any braille
displays.
So has anyone managed to successfully pair a display using bluetooth and if
so how.
Its the Ava comfort I’m trying to do this with which works perfectly via
USB.
Thanks a lot for any words of wisdom.
