We need you all to be very aware of this, so please take a couple of minutes to 
read it..  This will affect everybody to some degree.

Unfortunately, we don’t have time to keep addressing individual complaints when 
the services we offer become erratic for a short time.  Reading this entry will 
save you a lot of trouble.  Rest assured that we will make sure that every 
member in our database of list members for all our groups will be ported to the 
new service.  But for now, we need everybody to be aware of this.
