Lol. osx is by no means clunky. I was taking notes after a day of learningthe mac. I have several podcasts taht cover itunes, mac and more. check out http://tffppodcast.com/listen and search for itunes and http://tffppodcast.com/premium for the newer mac stuff as the stuff I have on the other site is 4 years out of date. One advice I give to new mac users is to slow down and don't try and learn everythign wiht in a day. if you have any questions feel free to write me off list.
