Call me frugal or maybe just cheap, but I personally think this is one
of those instances where a DIY solution is worth considering. A
cardboard box of the right size can easily be cut, folded and
customized to make a free and flexible stand. Using KNFB’ Reader’s edge
detection, it is relatively easy to determine the height necessary for
your particular iDevice and paper size.
