I know that Sarah uses this service. Does anyone else? I signed up for the free trial. I did this simply because I thought it would be wonderful protection. My three TB drive is now nonfunctional. I know that at least some, if not all of the data is on the Backblaze backup, but I can t figure out how to restore it. I choose the link for that drive, but it shows me no way to select files and folders and does not list them. I can see things if I search for them, but again, I have no way to choose them for restoration, nor would searching for that much data be at all efficient. Can anyone tell me what I'm missing?
