Actually gate keeper is enabled by default so you need not enable it. I would not disable it so follow the directions in the last post I send out where i edited out your subject line a bit.
If you want to edit it though then go to system prefs, then secutiry and privacy and I think it's the first tab. but I would leave everything at their defaults.
