Hello everybody

As I write, I am on my lunch break at work. I just wanted to let those of you
awaiting support fulfilment from us know that, despite the wait, we will get to
your issue as soon as possible.

Meanwhile, please do let us know if, for instance, you intend to either leave
the list or modify your subscription options via the web interface or E-Mail.
When I get this list ported across to our new solutions, I am hoping to do so
with the minimal disruption to you all.

Anyway, I am working on this even now while I sit here in the staff room.

Thanks for your patience.

Gordon
