Hello everyone.
Please can someone help me out.
I've got a 2008 Macbook off a friend Lewis Crack.
Last year I started having problems with my battery. It said that it
wasn't charging and to replace now.
This year for my birthday I got a new battery from America I think it
was. And yes it was the right model.
About 3 weeks ago I did a re-install of my operating system, Lion10.7. I
killed my battery completely at that time and Lewis told me to put it on
charge.
So I did this the same night I killed it.
But now for some strange reason its started saying 0% all the time and
its saying not charging. But its not giving a reason for it.
Currently its on my computer desk at the side of my desktop. So its not
near any heat source or anything. So my battery isn't been affected like
that. Its a portable one.
Please any advice or help welcome.
I should say I can't afford a new Macbook, as they are really expensive.
Thanks very much.
I look forward to any responses.
