Hello Folks,
I am hopeing that some one can resolve the problem I still have After getting 
in touch with their technical department Of Apple what appears to be happening 
is everytime I try to Upgrade or download in apple store they request a 
password Which I put in only to realise that it's an old email address I am 
unable to
1, change this email address or delete the old adress.
2, was suggested That I delete the downloads Which apparently unable to do so.
3, now being 1 January 2015 there is an update And I am unable to upgrade. If 
anyone has any good ideas would be grateful to receive, thank you
