Actually the last time I used it last year it had no windows and no menu bar. 
The only way to get the menu was to drag a hand. I talked to the staff and they 
had no plans to fix it. This seems like a repeat of what happened 5 years ago 
when they did not think it was possible to make it accessible on the mac.
