I have an old Cannon BJ30 which uses a parallel port. However, I have got a Parallel to USB cable and tried this connection with my Mac Book ProCannon BJ30 did not show up. Maybe it is not possible to use parallel to USB cables with Apple products. Anyone have any idea please as I can certainly use it on other operating system platforms.
