Some users have the fifth row glitch to where they cannot delete or move an
application if they are in the fifth row.The workaround to delete applications
that are on the fifth row is to double tap and hold on an application that is
not on the fifth row and then you can do a one finger double tap on the
application that you want to delete or you can go to settings, general, usage,
manage storage and the leak in the application from there. Hope that helps.
