Regarding the problems using VO+Arrow keys to move through web pages in Chrome under Yosemite, we’ve had some discussion about this on Google’s general accessibility mailing list, and Victor at Google has opened the following ticket: "Issue 455118 - chromium - [A11Y] VoiceOver gets stuck on web pages while navigating with VoiceOver cursor keys."
