Hi! Ok on the Mac when you’ve chose one of the Bob’s in contacts then select the edit button and then go to the menu [control+f2 or VO+m] Then press C to go to the card menu and arrow down to add field sub menu and right arrow into there and you will find nickname or on the iPhone look for add field after choosing edit and you can add a nickname field from there!
