Hello all,

as an avid card player, i want to get used to playing solitaire. From listening
to the excelent podcast produced by Alex Hall for applevis, I wish to clarify a
few points, and please, feel free to converse with me off-list anyone who can
help a newby.May I commence by apologising for these seemingly stupid
questions, but no question is too daft, right?smile.1. from what i understand,
the foundation pile represents cards that must be built upwards from ace, 2, 3
4, of each suit, is this right?so for example i must build up pile 1, for
example ace spades, 2 spades 3, etc. including and up to the queen, king
jack.then pile 2 clubs, 3 diamonds 4 hearts, again, commenceing with ace
upwards.that part of the game i seem to understand, but in the podcast it
seemed cards were being moved from the tableau ontop of other cards, that were
not it seemed being built up from ace upwards.can someone explain how i am
going wrong?2. i have the daniel voice talking to me, how i get samamtha?kind
regards and do hope someone can help a beginner, i understand poker spades,
hearts etc. so want to grasp this game.Willused Sent from my iPhone
