I think you need to interact with he second of the lists for your sources. I did sort of a podcast first look at http://tffppodcast.com/listen <http://tffppodcast.com/listen> and the feed is http://www.tffppodcast.com/feed/tffp/ <http://www.tffppodcast.com/feed/tffp/> if it is the first 10 podcasts id id recently.
After you find the source you paste it in the second output list.
