Did you see the heading for subscriptions, but no subscriptions were listed? Or, did the page not show the subscriptions heading, at all.
Do you remember how you originally signed up for the subscription? Was it through the app store or the News app that comes with IOS Sorry, I can't remember the exact app name, as I don't use it. Once upon a time, I did go into it, and subscribed to some magazines, but then deleted the subscriptions from that app. It is probably in Extras. Is the subscription an app or a newsletter/magazine? EDited version of last eMail. 1. Go to Settings/iTunes & App Store. 2. Double tap on your Apple ID. 3. Double tap on View My Apple ID. 4. The next screen allows you to change your Apple ID, payment method, country/region, ratings and reviews, and subscriptions. 5. Double tap on Subscriptions. BTW, I have reported a VO but in the Ratings and Reviews section, as VO users cannot edit/delete old reviews.
