This is where the bug creaps in. You must have a boot disk to do this.
If you are lucky you will not experience this bug

1. boot in to recovery consoul
2. choose disk utility and hit continue
3. go to the mac drive, the secone one of its name and choose erase
4. choose yoru options and click erase.

Now quit disk utility once it's done and choose reinstall osx.

I created a set of tutorials to address this bug in yosemity and it's a nasty
one.

Blessings.
Good luck.

As the Mac Access Dot Net administrators, we always strive to ensure that the
Mac-Access E-Mal list remains malware, spyware, Trojan, virus and worm-free.
However, this should in no way replace your own security strategy. We assume
neither liability nor responsibility should something unpredictable happen.
