Aa. So it looks like it's not yet been completely implemented, but it's
coming. I guess right now, it's basically just a placeholder for the
feature.
That makes sense, although it's kind of misleading, in my opinion, telling
you that a payment is! attached, when in all actuality, it probably isn't.

Has anyone by chance noticed that when you are in a message screen, if
you get a message, then move focus to it in your history, it for some
reason concludes the message reading with Voiceover by saying "One
payment attached?" What in the name of goodness! is that! all about?
