You were very luckey, I once plugged in a cable that I thought would charge my Braille 'N Speak and it distroyed it and cost me £100 sterling to have it repaired about 10 years ago!!! That was a lot of money at the time. It did fit but it belonged to a 4 track tape recorder. Personally I would be very weary of using another cable unless I was absolutely confident.

Thanks. I found this chord that once went to a radio or CD player, and it worked. It was amazing that it worked!

Do you have a power cord to an Apple TV second or 3rd generation? If so, that cord will work flawlessly. I do it all the time!

Hi all. I left the power chord of the mac mini at school, and would like to know if anyone can tell me if I can use another type of chord that could still work with the mac.
