Well, they've had that email address available for at least a year
and a half, and have been advertising a Mac version of their
proprietary dialup access is "coming soon" for at least that long,
but so far they've made no progress toward actually releasing it. I'm
usually an optimist and I do hold out a small hope that it will one
day materialize, but I have the sinking feeling that it's
vaporware... Who knows, maybe if we inundate them with emails, they
may change their minds.
