        That might give you a little trouble, with the 45 watt power supply, instead 
of the 125 watts of the 5260.  A 6360 case, with the 150 watt PS would do it nicely, 
though, although it is probably wasted on the 5260 MB.

PS:  I just happen to have a perfect 6360 case complete with power supply for sale, 
since I can't find a 6360 MB at a reasonable price.
