We differ on that one. You describe it as excellent - I would describe it as a piece of crap. For example, here is his description of the iMac unveiling: "Colored teal and white, shaped like a cone and able to glow in the dark." There are dozens of instances in the book where Carleton got details of events (some of which I was present at) dead wrong. If he got the simple stuff that wrong, how can we expect his complicated stuff to be correct?
