Pete, there's no Sympatico Access Manager for X. The system has a PPPoE
client built in.

Bob, you'll want to go to System Preferences, then open up the Network
prefs. The second tab should be PPPoE. Click that tab, then click PPPoE
Options. Then you can set options to your heart's content.
