Web browsing is possible, however the 4.0x versions of netscape don't do java, which slows browsing to a crawl due to javascript errors. The last 68k compatable netscape that does java is the 3.04 version. Crashes on occasion, but does work with most web pages. I'd recommend Eudora for email.
