You didn't mention what printer you had.
If it supports desktop printing, try this:
How about the memory allocation of the Desktop Printer.
Click on your desktop printer and <command-i>.
Increase the preferred size.

You also might be able to get that PDF file printed, in a crunch, by
doing it 5 pages at a time.
